Feeling overwhelmed, like you're not quite sure who you are or where you're headed? Navigating school, family, friendships, and your own sense of self all at once is a lot to carry. I'm here to offer a space where none of that has to be figured out alone, where we can slow down together and build a path that actually feels like yours.
I bring experience from the education field, so I understand the real pressures young people face, socially, academically, and everything in between. Many of the people I work with are learning to navigate family dynamics, their own identity, and their place in the world, figuring out what makes them happy, what kind of relationships they want, and who they want to become. Together, we create a space where you can begin to understand your inner world more clearly and find the words for what you want, what you need, and what matters most to you. As a queer and racialized clinician, I also understand what it means to navigate systems and structures that weren't always built with you in mind. My lens is culturally sensitive, and every part of your identity is welcome here.
What you can expect in our sessions: a space that is non-judgmental and culturally sensitive, where every part of who you are is welcome. We might use creative expression, games, or play to make sense of relationships and situations that feel complex or overwhelming. My goal is to give you the tools to move through everyday life in a way that feels both mindful and true to yourself.
I bring warmth, playfulness, and a deep belief that therapy is not one-size-fits-all, but a space that you and I can shape together, one that becomes a starting point for self-understanding and discovery.
