How do I access the Zoom call?
After you enroll, you receive a confirmation email. The Zoom link and calendar invitation arrive 48 hours before the session begins.
When do I receive the PDF study guides?
The study guide is sent to your email immediately after you enroll. We recommend reviewing it before the live session so you can bring questions and get the most from the discussion.
What if I cannot attend the live session?
Attendance at the live sessions is strongly recommended. They are interactive and not recorded, so we encourage attending live whenever possible.
Is the course content updated for current CRPO standards?
Yes. We update the curriculum quarterly to reflect changes in CRPO regulations, ethical guidelines, and exam structure.
