5. Contact Forms and Website Data

Information submitted through our website (e.g., contact) is sent to our secure business email, hosted by Proton Mail. Submissions are used solely for service-related purposes and are never shared or used for marketing.

While Proton Mail encrypts data in transit and at rest, some data may be processed outside of Canada. We avoid transmitting clinical information by email unless explicitly authorized by the client.

6. Website Analytics and Cookies

Our website uses limited cookies and analytics tools to improve user experience. Cookies help remember preferences and collect anonymized usage data. You may disable cookies in your browser settings.
