I have always wanted to create a supportive and inclusive space where people can feel safe to explore their inner world and begin healing. Growing up as a Pakistani immigrant in Canada, I know the challenges of navigating cultural identity, family expectations, and intergenerational experiences. These realities shaped my desire to build a clinic where people from all walks of life feel understood, respected, and cared for. Our Space is the realization of that vision.
As a trauma therapist, my approach is collaborative, client-centered, and compassionate. I believe therapy is not about “fixing” you. It is about walking alongside you as you uncover resilience, reconnect with yourself, and move toward a more fulfilling life.
My academic background includes a double Bachelor’s in Psychology and Neuroscience, a Bachelor of Education, and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. I specialize in supporting both individuals and couples with trauma, PTSD, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, personality disorders, addiction, and identity-related concerns.
I have advanced training in psychodynamic therapy and draw from evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, somatic practices, and internal family systems. I also have extensive training and experience in working with couples. I help partners navigate conflict, rebuild trust, strengthen communication, and deepen connection.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and an Ontario Certified Teacher. I remain deeply committed to creating an accessible and inclusive practice that honors the diverse experiences of every client I meet.
