Life is often overwhelming. Whether it's stress from school or work, a family conflict, questions about identity and belonging, or simply feeling stuck in a life that doesn't feel like it's yours anymore, that sense of "I don't know what I'm doing" can be exhausting and isolating. I want you to know that feeling lost doesn't mean you're broken. It often means you're growing.
I work with individual adults navigating change. People who are trying to figure out who they are, what they want, and how to build a life that actually feels right. If you're in that place of uncertainty, I'm here to help you find your footing.
My approach is collaborative and curious. I think of myself as a co-pilot on your journey, not someone who takes the wheel, but someone sitting right beside you, helping you read the map and navigate what's ahead. I won't tell you what to do. Instead, I'll ask the right questions, reflect back what I'm hearing, and help you see your situation with fresh eyes.
What our sessions might look like: sitting with the inner experiences and deep feelings you've been carrying quietly, the things that are hard to put into words and even harder to share, and exploring the beliefs and patterns shaping your decisions. Together we'll work on building clarity around who you are and who you want to become, developing communication skills for healthier relationships, and processing the emotions that come with major life changes.
I have a deep passion for inclusive, affirming care, and I especially welcome LGBTQ+ individuals, neurodiverse folks, and people navigating cultural identity and belonging. If you're looking for a therapist who will truly see you, I'd love to connect.
My primary orientation is person-centered, which means our work together is guided by your goals, your pace, and what feels most meaningful to you. I also draw on Emotionally Focused Therapy to help clients explore and make sense of their deeper emotional experiences, and I'm able to incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy when they're a good fit for what you're working on.
