I most often work with children, young adults, adults, and families who are navigating anxiety, emotional regulation, low self-esteem, or the particular experiences that can come with being neurodivergent. What they're usually carrying is a sense of feeling overwhelmed or stuck, whether that's in a relationship, a life transition, or just in how they see themselves.
What drew me to this work was a genuine curiosity about people and a desire to create the kind of space where someone feels safe enough to be themselves. My own life experiences taught me how important emotional support can be during difficult times, and those experiences ultimately led me to counselling. Working with children, neurodivergent individuals, and families over the years has only deepened that passion.
Being in session with me feels warm and collaborative, without judgment and without pressure to have everything figured out. I balance empathy with practical guidance, so the tools we build together feel realistic in your everyday life, and we move at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
Before you even book that first session, I want you to know you don't have to face life's challenges alone. You'll be met with warmth, curiosity, and compassion, and I hope you leave feeling truly heard, a little more like yourself, and a little more hopeful.
