Our Space Clinic provides psychotherapy and mental health services through licensed and qualifying clinicians regulated under the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) or other recognized provincial regulatory bodies. Our services may include individual therapy, couples therapy, group therapy, assessments, and clinical supervision. Our Space Clinic does not provide emergency or crisis intervention services. If you are in crisis or require immediate assistance, please contact 911 or your local 24-hour crisis line (e.g., Talk Suicide Canada – 1-833-456-4566).
Clients are expected to:
Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or breaches of policy may result in suspension or termination of services.
Clients are responsible for payment of all session fees at the time of each appointment unless otherwise arranged. Our Space Clinic may offer direct billing for certain insurance providers; however, coverage is not guaranteed, and clients are responsible for confirming their eligibility with their insurer.
Late cancellations or missed appointments without 24 hours' notice are subject to a cancellation fee in accordance with our clinic policy.
Our Space Clinic uses secure, third-party platforms such as JaneApp for scheduling, documentation, and virtual sessions. While we take all reasonable measures to maintain privacy and security, digital communication carries inherent risks.

Virtual sessions are delivered through encrypted, PHIPA-compliant platforms. However, Our Space Clinic cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to potential technical or network disruptions beyond our control.
