Natalia works with children, teens, and young adults who are navigating stress, identity, and the pressure to have life “figured out.” Many of the clients she supports feel overwhelmed by expectations, constant change, or uncertainty about who they are and where they are going. Natalia offers a warm, grounded space where young people can slow down, explore their inner world, and begin to make sense of their experiences in a way that feels meaningful and supportive.
Natalia is a therapist in training with the Canadian Institute for Child and Adolescent Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy and works under supervision. Her approach is rooted in understanding the emotional and relational lives of young people, helping them build insight, resilience, and a stronger sense of self. She tailors each session to the individual, using both talk-based and creative or expressive approaches depending on what feels most supportive for the client.
As a racialized and queer therapist, Natalia brings a deep sensitivity to experiences of difference, identity, and belonging. She strives to create an affirming and inclusive space where clients feel seen, heard, and safe to be themselves.
With a background in education, Natalia has extensive experience supporting children, teens, and families, and understands how isolating it can feel when young people’s needs go unnoticed. She works collaboratively with youth and caregivers, offering compassionate support as they navigate emotional, academic, and life challenges.
Natalia welcomes clients who are curious about therapy as well as caregivers seeking support for their child or teen. She offers a free 30-minute consultation to explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
