Danielle is completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) practicing under clinical supervision. She brings both academic training and lived experience to her practice, with a focus on providing culturally informed, compassionate care. Danielle’s Caribbean Canadian background informs her sensitivity to the ways culture, identity, and environment shape mental health and overall well-being.
Danielle offers counselling to adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. She draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to create a personalized approach tailored to each client’s needs. Her work is client-centred, collaborative, and grounded in compassion.
Danielle integrates a culturally responsive and inclusive lens into her therapy, recognizing the importance of honouring diverse experiences and identities. She believes in walking alongside clients as they build resilience, develop self-compassion, and move toward meaningful growth.
Danielle is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She provides services in English.
